Healthy Boy Brand Mushroom Soy Sauce, 23.5 Ounce (5369-1)

My favorite soy sauce with mushroom hands down! I use this for a variety of recipes. Put a splash in your gravy for a flavor boost. Doesn't taste salty just flavorful. The flip cap could be a better design for dispensing but other than that it's worth the price. It comes well packaged to protect the bottle. I buy it here when I don't plan going to the only market I have found it a couple of towns away. The convenience of availability here is nice.

Mushroom soy sauce is amazing. The flavor is bold but slightly sweeter than regular soy sauce. It seems to taste richer than regular soy sauce. The Healthy Boy Brand comes in a large bottle which is handy because this is so delicious I'm using it in lots of recipes.

A tasty condiment for adding flavor to Chinese dishes. It works well in general with soups, stews, marinades and braises.

I’m half Thai and traditional Thai cooking uses all the sauces with flavor. This one is just one you can’t go without with Thai cooking!

Delicious. My favorite soy sauce

This soy sauce gets used for not only Asian dishes but western dishes as well. Fried rice? Use a blend of this and mushroom dark soy. If you didn't know what umami was before, now you do? A if soy sauce didn't have enough umami already, the mushroom pumps it up to the next level. Have used this in rice dishes, noodle dishes, marinade for steak (goes amazingly well with Worcestershire), chicken marsala, you name it. Just about anything that can use soy sauce, just sub this bad boy in and you won't regret. I was worried I wouldn't be able to go through that bottle because it's a nice hefty bottle, but I almost have to buy a new one. Trust me on this on, easy purchase.
