Q: Is anyone experiencing having to pump, no exageration, 40 times in the morning to get the soap started for the day?

Me too. Worked great for a year or so and through several soap bottles but now it requires many pumps to get it going. Once it's primed again, it works pretty good within a half hour or so but after a couple hours or more, I have to repeat the process. I can only guess the check valve is not working which lets all the soap in the hose drain out and the next time its used, the hose needs to be filled back up to the nozzle. I'm going to try to run some hot water through the system to see if that helps. We'll see. If it does, I can live with repeating that process once or twice a year. If not, then it's a unitasker that can't accomplish the one job it was intended to perform.

Q: I like the soap dispenser I have, can I add the tubing and other parts to my existing soap dispenser?

Hi. This is a matter of tubing diameter on your dispenser pump and whatever (inside) diameter tubing Gagal uses. BUT .. why buy an entire unit when any hardware store will sell you the necessary tubing, and for cheap? This would only require that you take your existing dispenser off, measure the fitting to which the existing tubing affixes, and presto!

Q: The zip ties provided don't hold the hose. Any tips?
