Easy to carry and use, great for flying and travels
I purchased these to try for staying hydrated during traveling and flying on airplane to add to my water and Gatorade I bring as carry on. They are very easy to carry and use and I’m happy with purchase as there is no other additives to this, just all natural hydration. For those wondering about measuring, it tells on bottle and based on which you buy. The small bottle says to use the twist cap to fill for measuring and certain amounts based on oz’s you drink. Otherwise you can just squeeze amount of drops you’d like.

pretty good. no additives or sweeteners
best pure electrolytes i could find without additives or sweeteners that’s also affordable. love that it has trace minerals too.however, like many electrolyte supplements, it definitely does not have enough potassium for longer water fasts, so i had to buy an additional potassium supplement. but i still use this alongside the potassium and i am very happy with it.my only complaint is that is tastes yucky, but that’s not unique to this brand in terms of plain electrolytes. i didn’t want added chemicals or sweeteners so i bought this. the least yucky way i’ve found to take it is to just take the dropper all at once in ur mouth and then wash it down with some tea or water.overall solid product.

Great trace minerals supplement
Been using for some years now and works good. My body cannot retain minerals so I add in all my glasses. I like that it’s not flavored, but I can taste some saltyness (which I like) but it’s not overpowering. All my grands seem to like it also, because they are always wanting to drink my water.

I think it works!
I have been so bouncy all day, almost like I need to get up and move (also note I was fasting from all food but water, and usually that makes me sluggish but NOT YESTERDAY), so I think it works well.I even woke up feelings sort of the same as when consumed like I needed to get up and move and as someone who suffers B12 deficiency and iron deficiency at times this was saying something, all I want to do usually is sleep!I only took the recommended teaspoon but I did it in a 32oz water bottle instead of 16oz. I did that because the reviews said it was salty and after consuming I am glad I added another 16oz instead of the recommendation on the package otherwise if you don’t mind salty go for it! I’ll update my post as I continue using the product…

Works great!
I never feel hydrated from Gatorade or anything like that, but we live in the south and it gets HOT and sweaty. We live on a farm and kids are always running around. The bottle lasts forever and you actually feel hydrated after! I put it in water or smoothies for the kids on hot days! Tasteless, it does make the water taste like you have a water softener. But no crazy flavor change.

Quality Product
Product arrived timely and was exactly as described. Packaging was appropriate and undamaged. Bottle was sealed in plastic. Bottle was sealed under the cap. I will by again.

Keeps Me Fueled, But Too Easy to Overload
This Keto Chow Electrolyte Hydration Drops is like guzzoline for the body — it keeps the engine running clean, balanced, and ready for the Fury Road. The electrolytes hit hard — sodium, magnesium, potassium — everything a warboy needs to stay hydrated and avoid cramping out before battle. On the carnivore diet, where salts run dry fast, this stuff keeps the system charged. But here’s the problem — it’s way too easy to overfuel. A few extra drops, and suddenly it’s like gulping down seawater before a sandstorm. Even in the wasteland, that’s too much. No clear line between “just right” and “overkill,” making it tricky to find the sweet spot. A better delivery rig would make this truly shiny and chrome. It gets the job done, keeps the body primed for war, but with the ease of overdoing it, it falls short of Valhalla. 3 stars. Mediocre, but useful.
