2 Tablespoons of Kosseret and 2 teaspoons of Manteria- can add more Manteria if you want more flavor/spice to it.

I use 1 tbsp of kosseret, I tbsp of besobela, plus the usual spices for niter kebba. I don't use manteria because it already contains kosseret and besobela and I prefer making and balancing my own mixture.
