Fantastic Product! Fantastic Seller!
The Force Tamper is a fantastic product, works exactly as advertised and the seller could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service solved an issue I had with lightning speed. I wish all sellers on Amazon were as wonderful to deal with and cared as much about solving problems that buyers encounter as this company does. Communication was amazing. Everything was as good as it gets. A+

Well, right off the bat, IT'S EXPENSIVE! (stating the obvious) BUT !
It's quite impressive. They should call it "The Hammer Tamper" because when this thing lets got IT REALLY LETS GO ! Which in MY eyes is wonderfull. Its sort of like a "click" torque wrench. U know you've reached Nirvanna when this thing let's go, "clicks". It does the job at hand very well. But, and there's always a but. It's sort of a learning curve more then anything but there's no detailed info about what to expect when you want to put another tamper head on this unit. By the way they supply you with 4, yes four different tamper heads. Ok let's get into this. I was following the one or two sentences on how to change the head when the spring let loose and the entire head flew apart. Ha ha ha yes flew apart. I was picking up the parts from the floor (then cleaning the parts again).Ok that was easy but how to reassemble when there's no pictorial that shows what goes where. I consider myself to be a mechanically inclined person since I was a mechanical design engineer most of my life. That being said it still took me about 10 minutes to realign everything, hold everything while trying to compress the spring so I could screw it back together. A learning curve indeed but I got it and after seeing how everything goes together I practiced the assembly acouple of times and it became easy to reassmble. So don't let the thing fly apart like I did. As you unscrew the tamper head keep a constant pressure on everything so it doesn't fly apart. I thing you might be able to do a hell of alot easier then me. This morning I did use this for my triple expresso and the pour was great. No spraying or uneven extraction. It went well (as it should for the exorbitant amount of money you must pay).O well I hope this helps someone out there.Dave C. Stout
