Don't let the production values put you off -- there is really good stuff on this video.
Although the production values of this bit of film are really ancient, what it shows and teaches you is mind-blowing. It has really made me think and has given me a new appreciation of the wonders of this universe as well as our own existence. And thinking about cymatics and the effects on the human body leads into whole areas of wonder and meditation on our place in the scheme of things.
