Bought during the prime day sale. This was a returned product at a very good price. I have bought plenty of returns before, but this was by far the one in the worst condition. The description did in no way reflect the items condition which was heading for unusable. I expect there may be light marks or damiwhen you buy s return. On this unit it wasn't scratches but broken adjuster screws that left the base unusable. Luckily i had an old cheaper version which used the same base, or this would have been annother return. Amazon should be more accurate in there description of the condition

The suction pad wasn't brilliant but I had always planned on screwing it down. I hard wired the charger and it works so well. The convenience of the non touch operation and wireless charging is really good. A bit more expensive than some of the competitors but you do get what you pay for.

First time has an issue which is: after turning off the car, phone is stick to the charger u can’t take ur phone until car is ON again. I returned it back, and The second time was working perfectly! In summer, the phone battery is very warm.

I’ve tried 3 disks, including securing one with Gorilla double sided tape and with a phone in it the discs instantly come unstuck from the dash. Too obstructive to put on the windscreen. Will have to return.

Does the job, cable too short for most of cars uf you want to use it on windscreen. (For this money?)

This would be a great product if it actually charged my iPhone! Easy to install and grips the phone well, but it does slip occasionally as the ball joint is hard to tighten. The big problem is the charging, as I drive my phone will light up and charge for a few seconds then stop. On a two hour journey using Waze the phone completely died as just wouldn’t charge. Not sure if this is a one off so will return for a replacement.

I was looking for one for my MK4 golf, the vented type never fit properly, fall out, wobble or worse break the airvent baffles or bend them. This fits in the cup holder and is out of the line of sight on the windscreen so no horrible marks on the windscreen either The auto connect is great, opens when you put the phone near it and closes when you have placed the phone in the holder. The cigarette adapter supplied has another usb connection in it so if your phone doesn't support wireless charging you can use the extra usb port. It is a little expensive, and I would have preferred if the wasn't integrated into the cigarette holder. It's a micro USB connection so you could just use a cigarette adapter and a usb mirco cable. The cable management in the cup is nice neat way of getting rid of excess cabling so doesn't affect or get in the way of the gear stick movement. All in all happy I'm with this. It works and after having so many bad phone holders to have a good one is worth the little extra money.

I bought this iottie wireless car charger with autosense and mount. Unit is really working superb and sensor is nicely working to grab my iPhone 12. The unit is charging nicely when I keep in unit. The unit have height and width adjustment to keep all models of smartphone. When i am keeping my phone in charger automatically opening and grab my phone tightly. Overall performance of iottie autosense wireless charger is very good.

The quality can be improved , stopped working the sensor is not responding any.ote

Everything is good from auto clamping to thick phone cover usage except that when power off vehicle, the clamp does not auto open. Have to manual open the clamp to remove the phone before powering off car.

Excellent product

Can't fault the product but I couldn't use the cup holder mount as it's too in the way whilst driving so instead I put my phone in the cradle in the centre console.
