L’Oréal Paris Infallible Lacquer Eyeliner, Blackest Black (Packaging May Vary)

This is good eyeliner but the way u ppl turned a 12 dollar eyeliner to a 34 dollars, shame on u all for taking advantage plus out of date

This was my all time favorite eye liner that I’ve used for over 10 years. Sadly now it is discontinued.

This is the best drugstore line brand of black gel/cream eyeliner I've tried (*trust me, I'm a beauty blogger & amateur makeup artist who's been doing makeup and working with different products for over 20 years) at the $15 and under prices point. There are other very good ones out there at this price point, but for the deepness of pigment, I cannot find another PURE JET BLACK (midnight black? blackest black? what's the current correct name of the deepest, darkest possible black shade out there for makeup? Whatever it is, this item is IT!) gel/cream eyeliner like this one. The pigment level is the deepest I've seen, and does not fade in any way once the product dries after application. It also does not fade or lose intensity in any way over the course of its being worn. Normally, if I use a black gel/cream liner on myself or a client, I will then go over it with a liquid liner to intensify the color. That extra step of the 2nd coat of liquid liner is not necessary in any way when using this Loreal gel/cream eyeliner: the line you get from it is deep, dark and glossy enough to emulate the effect of a traditional liquid eyeliner over gel liner.As far as the texture of the formula: it is smooth, and goes on easily (either with the included brush or with another brush of choice; I've tried many with it and all work well). In addition, I have found that if capped tightly after each use this gel/cream doesn't seem to dry out as fast as some other brands' similar products do (which helps save $$).The brush also comes with a handy snap on/snap off cap that you can continue to use after your first opening (not just to keep it safe in transit & until you first open it). The brush quality is also very high, with evenly cut bristles and a design that allows you to apply a clean, precise line without being overly wasteful of how much product is picked up by the brush & stuck in the bristles. I love this eyeliner so much that I've now set it to my Subscribe & Save to ensure that I always have enough for my personal use & for my clients.

This gel eyeliner is the perfect balance between the super defined liquid liner and pencil liners. I personally don't like the liquid liner look for me - it's too defined and if you don't put it on perfectly even and smooth it's so noticeable and does not look good. I've seen people wear liquid liner and wish I can say something to them. With the pencil liners, the regular ones are too dry and the creamy ones smudge way too easily so I was using the gel pencil liner from L'oreal for a while which was great but if you don't use it everyday and use it up, it dries out so fast. So I needed a liner that would give me that same gel liner affect but last longer and this gel brush liner from L'oreal is the perfect balance. I've taken naps with it, exercised with it, been out in super hot and humid weather with it, and it stays put all day. I've heard it lasts well inside the bottle as long as it's closed tight each time so we'll see. Also, you only need very little to line both your eyes top and bottom and there's a lot inside the tiny bottle so it feels very much worth the money. If you're on the fence, get it - you won't regret it!

A drop of hair serum and a couple seconds in the microwave and mix fixes the problem if the lacquer dries up. Just a little hack if you find your product dry 😊
