I've only ordered the orange band but I would compare it to the resistance of blue therand which is a great value for the money. As a PT I would consider using this brand with a more active/strong population but I have not tried the other colors/resistances.

I recently held a barre class at a non-gym environment, and these bands took the place of hand weights. I've used them at an actual gym, as well, where the owner did not provide bands. They are easy to pack up and bring along anywhere, or even use at home. Cutting them into segments was no fun, but I ultimately got through it while sitting on the floor and measuring out 5' sections.

It's worth the price.

Physical therapy is tough and someone like me who wants to continue to build strength but still has some injuries to deal with needs resistance to build that muscle to help strengthen my body. My personal trainer uses these to get those muscles fired up and work with my physical therapist to get me to the next level.Things to note:1. Sometimes we have to double up to up the resistance as 13lbs really is pretty light resistance, but for beginners this is great.2. The color and texture is strangely satisfying and very pleasing.3. The stretch is intense and can handle a lot. We tied it to the balcony and stretched that sucker all the way across the living room It was intense and also hilarious.4. This will do the job on firing up the muscles and we had enough for 4 people so that was crazy and still so much left over.

This band has even more resistance than the highest resistance that Therabands has. I was surprised and delighted at the resistance level. And the roll is huge which will give you a lot of bands to work out with. I love this band and will buy more from this company in the future.

I cut these up into 5 feet pieces. I use them in my Water Aerobics class & the ladies really seem to like using them. They are latex free. Much cheaper to buy this roll if you need more than a couple of them.
