I have tried a number of different types of mattresses to eleviate a back problem a lot more expensive than this one. This is the one 👌 that has helped the most ! Great comfort and quality ,very happy with purchase.....

I only got this mattress as a short term one as i didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. Wasn’t sure about a vacuum packed mattress but once opened and left to fully settle for 72 hours it was absolutely perfect. Been sleeping on it for around 18 months now and i have no thoughts of changing it any time soon. I regularly turn it as recommended and find it a very comfortable mattress. It’s quite heavy but very comfortable, firm but with a lovely soft top. Highly recommend

This was a tricky one to review because comfort is largely subjective and people find different mattresses comfortable.It is a well made item. It arrived in good time, in good order with no defects.Some people have complained about the smell. It has obviously been wrapped in plastic for a while and some odour is expected but it was nothing major and dissipated quickly.I would consider it firm as opposed to medium firm and as mentioned comfort is subjective. Some people will love it and some will hate it but it is well made and it looks like effort has been put into making it comfortable.So Good offer a 100 night return policy so we decided to take a punt and, to be fair, for £160 is a pretty decent mattress. However, it was too firm for me and I kept waking up dead down one side and the Mrs said it was hurting her back.As for people complaining that they could not get a refund but we did not experience a problem. So Good honoured this without any issues at all. It took about a week of messages but we have received a full refund. They did ask us to dispose of it for them but this is not a big deal.All in all, whilst it didn’t suit us, it is a good item and the service we have received from So Good has been excellent. Would have no problem buying from them again.

The mattress is decent—not too hard or soft. I've been using it for 2 years and have no complaints. However, I was dissatisfied with the delivery. The delivery person left the 33 Kg mattress in the reception of my building and refused even to help me put it in the lift which was only 8-10 feet away from where he left it. So if you are ordering it make sure you have someone available to help you pick it up till your flat/house.

I’ve recently come out of hospital having fractured my left ankle on both sides and my femur near the knee on the same leg. As I can’t get upstairs we’ve put a single bed downstairs for me. I soon realised just how uncomfortable our existing mattress was it was causing me a lot of pain.Saw this mattress on Amazon and read some of the reviews. It was delivered earlier this afternoon. Now I haven’t slept on it yet but just laying on it, it is 100% more comfortable. I’m sure it will prove to be a great purchase.

I got this for my daughter to replace her old mattress that she had started to say was getting uncomfortable.This is a brilliant mattress for the price! It comes rolled up and once it’s opening there is a bit of a smell but that goes within a couple of days. It’s like a chemical smell.It is quite a thick mattress and it’s really comfortable! Maybe better than my own! Quite firm but my daughter really likes it! I would definitely recommend this brand.

So i bought a new bed 18 months ago and have been needing a new mattress ever since but i just couldn't decide on which one to go for. I've spent over a £1000 on a mattress before and it sagged within 6 months, so I knew the pressure to pick the right one was high. After agonising over several for months I caved and bought this one. I wish I'd bought it sooner. My back pain dissolved overnight. Its so soft when you sit up on in reading but when you lay on it, its med/firm i'd say. I'd definitively buy this again in other rooms.As with all memory foam mattresses though there are a few downsides. Buy a thinner duvet/wear less nightwear as they will make you warmer at night. This one has no handles so can be a bit tricky to move about.You can feel the springs under it when you lift it up, but I've only noticed this when cleaning..**Update** I’ve had this mattress now over two years. Bought June 2020 and it’s so great. No dips or sags. It seems to be getting more comfortable with age. I was expecting it to last a year given that it’s an amazon mattress but it’s amazing.

I bought my grown up son a 4ft mattress and liked it so much that I also bought my daughter one and myself the king size. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but they are brilliant. Not sure how they will wear or last but so far we’re all extremely happy.
