The cover arrived on time as promised. The description of the cover is accurate, as are the product photos.Installation was relatively easy, once my wife and I determined the proper orientation of the cover. I strongly recommend having two people install the cover, especially when inserting the seat straps through the back of the recliner and down to the support legs/feet.After the cover was installed, my wife and I spent a few minutes stretching and laying the material flat over the seat, leg rest, back rest, and each arm. This was not difficult at all, but can be a fiddlely. Using the horizontal and vertical lines sewn into the fabric, it was very easy to tell when the cover was properly oriented on the various parts of the recliner.Once we were satisfied with our installation, we stepped back to look at the result. We were pleasantly surprised. I won't go as far as saying the cover looked like it was custom made for the chair, but it comes pretty darn close. There are a few wrinkles on the inside of the arms, near the back of the chair, but otherwise the cover fits neatly, and flatly, over everything else.The recliner on which we installed the cover is an electric one. There is an adjustable leg rest, the back reclines, the lumbar area moves, and the headrest moves. None of the these areas are impeded by the cover. Additionally, the chair raises up to allow one to enter/exit the chair more easily. This functionality remains intact with the installation of the cover.As for durability, only time and usage will tell. My initial impressions are positive. The material feels good and doesn't easily catch or rub on clothing. I do not believe the fabric is waterproof nor water resistant. However, it will protect the chair's fabric from wear and tear, as well as dust and dirt, and hair/skin oils and lotions.The cover also provides some protection from animal use. It won't stop cat or dog nails from getting through to the chair's fabric, but it will definitely protect from pet hair and dirt. It should also do a fairly good job of protecting against dog saliva, as long as the saliva is cleaned relatively quickly.The elastic straps are probably the weakest part of the cover, and will probably break at some point, especially the ones stretched through the back of the chair and down to the chair support feet. This is due to them being overly stretched when the chair is in its extreme upright position. However, I don't know how long this will take, nor do I really blame the manufacturer for this. They have no way of knowing how long to make the straps for all possible chairs on which the cover might be installed.All-in-all, my wife and I are pleased with the cover and will probably get another one, in a different color, to change the look of the chair from time to time. Heck, we might even get two more! Given the relatively low price, and our initial positive impressions of the cover, we are pleased with it.

I’m thrrrillled with this cover. I had previously tried two other covers from different manufacturers, and neither fit very well. My chair isn’t a classic Lazy Boy style of chair. While it does recline, it has a wide footrest and it has a fanback rather than a wingback.The cover fits good enough. It also feels good and is very soft after washing it. Before I used this cover, I machine-washed it in cold water and dried it in my dryer. It came out looking the same. However, I noted that the drying instructions said to line or air dry.There are two tags meant to be placed at the lower back corners of the chair. Once those are placed, it’s fairly easy to figure out the rest of the chair. (Unfortunately, the tags show on the outside. I was going to cut them off, but they are necessary to orienting the cover next time I wash it). You sort of have to zhuzh the cover around a bit to figure out that two elastic straps need to be pushed down the back of the seat so they can be secured under the chair.Mine had some extra fabric in the front of the armrests so I sewed on black ties to make it look like it was a design feature.I have no idea how long this thing will last. In the meantime, I’ll enjoy the new look. It sort of revitalized my whole room.

It took my husband and I about 30 minutes to get it on the overstuffed electric recliner! Not bad at all for two retired people! The stretchiness is perfect, the fabric is perfect, and the color is perfect. Two minor issues: there is a double stitch on the fabric on one of the arms but it is barely visible unless you know it's there, and the pocket is on the right side of the chair and happens to sit over the buttons for the electric motion but it just means my crossword books can't go in the pocket...no big deal! I do recommend this, especially if you have wide arms on your recliner.

I looked at dozens of recliner covers, read many more dozens of reviews from other sites, this was my 2nd purchase for one I purchased from another co. and when it came the color was so very far "off" from anything I would choose it was a joke. And, this one, a big plus, it fits snug, in place "without"attaching any stretchy straps or ties. This important as I need to take on and off myself, am severely disabled and cant manage that without help, for washing, help I don't have access to. Highly recommend!

The fit is good since they provide measurements of what size the recliner can be and still accept the cover. The pictured instructions are accurate and easy to follow. There is some tugging and cursing involved however. The foam noodles help keep it tucked in although they don't stay in. Even though they pop out occasionally, they make it easier to re-tuck than just using your hand like older models. Worth the money.

I ordered two different slip covers for my chair and this one by far was the best. Easy to get on and it looks super nice and fits my chair perfectly.

Fits & stays in place better than any other cover I’ve tried so far.

This fits our lazyboy like a glove. I just washed it for the first time since we bought it and it shows like brand new and very easy to install.

Good and not so good.The fabric is good quality, soft, thicker than expected and stretchy. We used on oversized black leather recliner and it was a good fit.The only issue we had was in the picture it shows a hole for the recliner arm and a pocket.The item we received the hole for the recliner arm was inside the pocket. Which makes reclining a bit tricky. We ordered another one in hopes it was made correctly.

Putting these on our chairs was actually much easier than we had thought they would be. They come with very easy to follow instructions. They are comfy & warm & stay in place well. We ordered the burgundy color which is a bit brighter than I had thought but the black fleck in it softens the color.

Have had this cover for about one month. No complaints yet. The material seems to be good quality. Had a bit of difficulty pulling the hold down straps around the bottom feet of the chair. This is probably because you are trying to hold up the heavy chair and pulling down against yourself at the same time when installing the straps. Good product and fast delivery.

Disappointed with product since it arrived with several areas which had no stitching. Unfortunately I only noticed it after installation. The stitching/tread is there but loops over these unsewn areas. I considered sending it back but did not want to go thru the hassle. I should but the waiting time for a new one plus lost time / waste of gas has to be taken into consideration.. Would I recommend this company...no.. quality control is a big question.

Good feeling.I would have like to have it stick in place more efficiently but overall a great product.
