I bought this hair/edge gel after watching a YouTube video on natural hairstyles. It didn't work for my hair as it did for the YouTuber. However, this gel does keep my hair looking sleek when wearing a ponytail. I also like the curly/crinkly affect it gives my hair when I braid it after washing. It makes my hair shiny and healthy looking. It does not flake or cake up on your hair. The scent is light and pleasant not like some gels that smells of chemicals or just unpleasant. I will buy again, hoping the price will drop as it is quite expensive for the amount you receive. Oh, a little goes a long way when your hair is wet.

I have thick, curly 4a hair that I wear in a wash and go most of the time because I sweat a lot and have an active lifestyle. I wash my hair at least once a week. This gel is great for my hair but I still blend it with flaxseed gel. The problem is that it used to be available locally but now I can only find it here. Locally it cost me about $14 now it's $20 with Amazon. This is the trial of wearing natural hair is that companies are always changing product formulas and availability so there is a constant need to try new things. Some people don't like how sticky this gel is but it works for my hair. I find that I can use either side (edge or curl definition) and get results.

The product works well. It holds my curls well enough. Does the typical gel thing and leaves your hair a bit crunchy.Took off two stars because of how the product arrived. I think they have some manufacturing issues. The amazon box was in perfect condition but the product itself doesn't come sealed properly. The gel had leaked out of it's seal. Seems the gel ests through the paper seal they apply. So I lost quite a bit of product and it took a bit of time to clean. It was hard to show just how much gel was actually all over the outside but I attached photos for reference.Another star lost because they wrote in to see how I liked the product and I let them know of how it arrived but I got no response. That's bad customer service. For the price, I shouldn't have to worry about the gel leaking before getting to me. Unless that issue is addressed, I for sure won't be ordering again.

I like the product but it was not properly wrapped at shipping. There was nothing in there to stop it from moving around and some of the product product seeped out and it was rather sticky when I open the package but it wasn't crack but could have been bubble wrap. Would have been so much better to wrap the product in. Not sure why they did not wrap it in bubble wrap. But the next time I order I would like for it to be wrapped because otherwise it might crack the jar

This product does not make hair hard to touch or leave a sticky feeling on her afterwards

I literally hate this product! Okay so for smell, it’s smells kinda weird but it’s not bad or severe just different. My hair type is kind of weird bc it depends on whether my hair is in the front or back. For each section of my hair is has different textures. So my hair is 3c-4b, the hair gel was supposed to give my hair a weighted down curl and strong hold effect, but no way! It was more smelly and honestly didn’t curl my hair more or hold it down. I looked like a mushroom flipped upside down! The edge gel is fine it’s just really strong! By the end of the day I have to scrub it off my face in the shower because it won’t get off me. Overall, not buying and not a big fan AT all.

Great product for your under eye dark circles and reduces puffiness. I love this

It’s easy to apply but once it dries it becomes sticky and flakes so bad. The flakes look like dirty dander and you will have to wash your hair. Really disappointed because it looks and feels so nice
