Cute and nice to have in kitchen when too tired or sore to stand. The first one was way too tall. This is slightly short but I still like it best to use in front of counter. Edge of seat had a 1/4 inch tear/defect but I decided to keep it rather than to go through hassle of returning. So far not a problem. Just wish it had castors so it could move on/off mat more easily. Like the lower rung to rest feet and ease back.

I also have Richardson Seating cracked ice diner chairs, so I can recommend them for making a quality product. The styling and construction are perfect. My only slight letdown was the bright red is just a wee bit too orangey. I was hoping for more of a primary or stop sign red like you'd find on vintage stools, this is more of a Coke packaging red, looks more kitsch/diner than authentic mid-century.

This stool is more than I bargained for. It's balanced nicely, looks great and the swivel mechanism works better than I expected.

Love these stools... came fully assembled and ready to go. They look classy and are extremely sturdy and well-built. Would totally buy again.

I have had a number of bar stools. This one has to be the Cadillac of them! It is just built like a tank...If I need another one I will buy more of these in a minute!

These stools do come assembled and look great. Would order again. A little hard on the seat though.
