I ordered four of these for some prints I got off Etsy. Despite being ridiculously well packaged, one of the four frames had a crack in the glass in a corner. Amazon replaced it very quickly.They feel a bit cheap when you hold them in your hand, but the front is glass and they look great. A couple of them had some cosmetic imperfections on the back, but nothing that will be visible when hung on a wall. Sizing was exactly as specified.My only real complaint is that they come with d-rings pre-installed instead of sawtooth hangers. I want to hang them in a line with each other and that provides a challenge in terms of alignment. Other than that, I'm very happy with these frames.

Nice solid frame. Deducted one star due to it being plastic and not wood as it is advertised. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a second or third if needed.

The frame has really good quality wood and glass cover. The frame arrived packed with bubble wrap and thermocol on all sides. My poster of 19x13 fits perfectly well into the frame. I am really happy with the frame
