I've read two books by John C. Maxwell before and found them very helpful. He has God-given gift to build others up through what he writes. So, when I saw this title I bought it because I had some questions about how to develop my children's talents. And sure enough, right from the first chapter I am getting more than my money's worth. The author writes in a simple, easy to understand, practical way. The book is written to bring the reader from one point to another so as to show the way to go and build plans of action. I believe that it is helpful to anyone who sincerely wants to make something of his/her life.

This book is for the person who wants to excel and is willing to pay the price. It is loaded with taking you from a certain level of talent and showing you it is not anywhere near what you could be with the right direction and willingness to succeed to a 'Talet-Plus' person! This book is over my head and will require me to continue to grow as I read, reread and reread it again!An absolute stunner of writing excellence!!

John Maxwell is by far my favorite author! What an exceptional book. Full of motivating content and great stories. His books never disappoint me.
