MiId, not difficult to apply. As with any thick cream in your hair, it can take several washings to remove all traces.

It fried my hair. I left it on for suggested time which was 10 min. Well I just came back from hair salon. I chopped more than half of my hair. My hair literally broke off. Breakage was really bad. I am disappointed. Don't do it. My hair is not even silky anymore. It feels dry. Update: After few months of use from this product, it literally damaged my hair. My hair texture is not the same. What is worst is the feeling of "I should have never done this" is always on my mind. I am trying to regrow my hair but the damage it did to my hair it is still breaking off. I tried deep conditioner, oils, N3 hair bonding but my hair is not the same. It is so fried that nothing is working.

I had not seen this in beauty supply stores at all. I was glad to see it on Amazon for sale. I liked it years ago, in the beauty parlors, no more salons around doing these services near me. I used it one week ago. the results were very mild, no burning at all. I only need 2-3 minutes of a mild relaxer 1-2x a year. The container will last - 1-2 more for me...Good Value...Touch Up.

It worth purchasing. It works without causing problems to the scalp. Value for money too.

Great product. I was shopping around trying to find a new relaxer due to the last one I used being discontinued. This is a perfect replacement. No burns and left my hair looking and feeling great. I am white and have very curly/coily hair. It has calmed my curls down to a nice open curl now and sorted out the frizz.

This is an outstanding product - absolutely a delight!! I cant see my self using anything else. Its worth a 110%

Nice product, the waiting time was long but came very well packed and protected.

Im disappointed and don’t know if I can return it. I bought it to use it for at least a year. Now it will expire in Feb, 2024 and now its December 2023. It should be written clear before we buy the product.
