As a person that makes pie crusts, biscuits, and cookies that need rolled out this is the best. I have used a regular rolling pin for years and when I saw this used on a YouTube video I figured why not try it. Now there is no guessing how thick my dough is. I’m loving this. And I can out it in the refrigerator to make it cold if I want. Fantastic!!

Works amazing, but the tolerance on the size adjustments is terrible for how thin its suppose to go. I need really thin sheets and the 1/8 inch play of the disks has the roller touching in parts. Was going to 3d print the solution, but just added tape to the disk so it'd actually center itself on the screw in part.

I purchased this for my wife as she has recently gotten into baking. She was having issues getting a consistent thicken to her doughs, but this solved that for her. She said its super easy to clean and has great quality. She loves it!

Bought this just to make Christmas cookies and it worked amazingly! Every cookie was the same height, so they all cooked evenly. And with the roller being so big, I didn't have to re-roll the batter as often as normal. The batter did sometimes stick to the roll, but it was a wetter dough than a "normal" batter, so I chalk it up to that (I made sour-dough cookies). Surprisingly, it still fit in my dishwasher (not length-wise, but at an angle).Didn't have any issues only having 1 ring on at a time, and tested to make sure that I could screw the little knobs down on both sides when I first got it (it went all the way down). I know some people had some issues with this, but I didn't. Maybe it was their user error (cross threaded the knobs?)My only "issue" is that it is SO LONG that it's actually hard to store. It doesn't fit in my normal cooking utensil drawer, so now it goes in my larger pot cabinet. It's fine because I probably won't use it that often.

There are two long seams opposite each other in the silicone, inside the sleeve. These make long ridges in the surface of the rolling pin. I need the surface to be perfectly even and smooth all around, because I would be using it to roll fondant thinly. The ridges along the length will likely make lines in the fondant as I roll with this silicone covered rolling pin.Also, the silicone is attracting all kinds of dust! I can't have that on my cakes!I'm returning this one, and getting the stainless steel one.
