It has a good taste .. just put it in your smoothie

I did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing a "green powder". Many companies put grasses in their powders (like wheat, barley, alfalfa, etc.) which the human body doesn't digest well. "Good" green powders include things like kale, broccoli, matcha (among many others). I like this product because it doesn't contain as many of the non-digestable greens, and it doesn't contain any sweeteners (artificial or natural). It definitely has a bit of a "grassy" flavor when mixed with just water - I think this comes from the matcha. The consistency is very fine and blends well. For the ingredients, consistency and price, this is in my opinion one of the best options out there if you want to boost your greens intake.Update: I was really really hoping that I would acquire a taste for this. Sadly the opposite happened and the grassy taste is unbearable. I definitely have to mix it with something now, like a smoothie. I'm keeping the rating as it because I still think it's a great product.

Very good taste would definitely purchase again in the future

This product has all the health benefits a person needs on a daily basis, If they don't add greens into their diet. The container is true to size. The taste of the product kind of reminds me of matcha and is earthy. I've noticed that since I have added a smoothie with these greens a day that my overall health has improved. The quality of my sleep has been amazing with deep long lasting good night rest. Awesome product

The flavor was pretty much as expected, like vegetables. However, this gave me serious heart palpitations. I have never experienced anything like that before. It was no question that this product was the culprit. They lasted about 2 hours after drinking half a serving in water. It was so bad, I almost went to the hospital. I want to point out that I am an RN and I know how to recognize medical issues. That was the only time I experienced the problem because I never used it again and it's been weeks now. I wanted to wait to make sure it wasn't another issue that was ironically starting to manifest. But it wasn't because I followed up with my cardiologist. Perhaps it was the plant based caffeine? Also, it's imported from Hong Kong and has a cancer and reproductive harm sticker put on each container (why????). Clearly that sticker is added after production. At any rate, no more of this for me! 2 containers in the trash. I won't even pass this to someone else for fear it may harm them. Too bad, I had high hopes for this product.

All around it definitely made me feel more calm and I slept better, but it doesn't taste great. Not necessarily a repeat buy for me.
