Perfect Shikanji Masala
I moved to Pune from Delhi few years ago and every year in summers I miss the roadside Shikanjee that you find in the streets in north India. With this masala I can make Shikanjee at home now and it tastes authentic. Just add lemon to chilled water or soda and add this masala, you can add sugar if you want it more sweet.

Delicacy in chennai
Roopak is the name with which I am associated since 20 years. At delhi it was easily available, but now at chennai I don’t get this easily. Add this shikanji masala to ur Chas, curd, raita and of course nimbu pani. A must have in every kitchen
