Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser is one of my favorite daily cleansers. The texture is lightweight and creamy, and it cleans my skin thoroughly without leaving it feeling dry or tight. It removes dirt and light makeup easily and leaves my skin feeling fresh and balanced. Perfect for morning and night use. Highly recommend, especially for sensitive skin.

It thoroughly cleans my face while moisturizing and removing excess oil and makeup. A little goes a long way. I mean like a dot! Not fragrant but creamy and leaves my face feeling soft. Excellent quality and a good bang for your buck. I’m obsessed with it! A true staple for me.

Kiehl’s is significantly better at cleaning and removing any and all waterproof makeup than any facial cleanser I’ve used in decades; nothing exceeds it. Kiehl's leaves my skin clean, moist. It exceeds any previous product I’ve used to wash my face. Kiehl’s is easy to squeeze out of the container, it lathers up very nicely, too. I can easily recommend this product, it’s truly that marvelous.

I've tried just about every facial cleanser on the market over the past 20 years. For the longest time, I settled on CeraVe as my go-to. It felt like a solid, dependable choice. But then I tried this, and everything changed. CeraVe is still a decent second, but it’s a distant second. Sure, it cleans your face, but when you’re done, there’s no real feeling of transformation. No real difference. With Kiehl’s, that’s not the case. When I rinse it off, my face feels fresh, revitalized—new. The skin looks clearer, smoother, even a bit brighter. It’s almost unbelievable how noticeably clean and healthy it looks afterward. There’s a level of satisfaction I get from using Kiehl’s that no other cleanser has come close to matching. And that’s not a dig at CeraVe—it’s a great option for people with sensitive skin who want something gentle and effective. But Kiehl’s goes the extra mile. It delivers results you can see and feel. The only downside? It can be a little drying. But that’s easily resolved with a quality moisturizer post-use. For me, it’s a non-issue. Bottom line: I don’t see myself using anything else.

This product is worth every penny. Ive been using it for months and it has improved the texture of my skin, and feels like it does a gentle but thorough job leaving my skin feeling clean but not dried out. I also have the toner and moisturizer and would recommend tbis high quality system to anyone!

Love this facial cleanser! Never leaves my skin feeling tight or irritated. I have combination skin type but during winter months I use more of this brand. It’s great for keeping my face supple and smooth.

I purchased this because I’ve been wanting to try a Kiehl’s product since seeing the brand featured at shops and in air ports. I use it to cleanse my face and neck daily. I was pleasantly surprised that you only need a very small amount with each use, which helps justify the higher price than most face washes. It goes on silky smooth and rinsed off with ease. I like the light feel of the product and feel like it’s cleaning oil and even makeup residue. It’s part of my daily routine and it’s nice to have a luxury face wash that feels gentle and doesn’t leave your face feeling dry and stripped. This product is better value than I expected since a little goes a long way!

I have been a Cetaphil cleanser user for almost 6-7 years now and I haven't changed my cleaner anywhere in between but I thought I should give it a try and use Kiehl's ultra facial cleanser and Oh My Goodness after the first wash itself my skin was baby smooth. I am surprised and in shock at the same time. And only a pea amount of product does wonders to the whole face. (I have a dry skin) Highly highly recommend it to everyone to try it once. Even though it's costly you should try it because you have to use a small amount of it so it will go a long way. Also one important note if you have a dry skin like mine, this will make your skin more dry so try using one more facewash which will work as a balance.
