This Ingress Power Cube is really awesome! We got it for my husband for Father's Day, and he was SO surprised and so thrilled to get it! We had it all charged up and ready to go so he could go out Sunday evening and capture some portals! LOL This power cube is really well made, high quality, and looks unlike any power bank I've ever seen.My husband loves playing Ingress, and my sons, daughters, and husband have now started playing Pokemon Go, so this power cube will get a lot of use. I just recently got my Ingress agents name, and started playing. I had been playing as an agent of the Enlightened on the sky, going out and attacking his portals without his knowledge. But I was found out! LOL He convinced me to join him as an agent of the Resistance, which I recently did!All of our kids have asked for a Cheero Power Cube after seeing the one I got for their dad, and I'd love to have one as well, even though I already have a really good 15,000 Mhmps ... it doesn't have any of the interesting visuals that the Cheero has.One thing about the Cheero power cube, it appears to glitter, but it's not glittering lights, it's glitter embedded in the screen. It's still really nice and very amazing, but I didn't want anyone to be misled thinking there were tiny sparkling lights, they're reflective.I am really put off by the changes in price. When I bought this for my husband, it was $45 + $5 S&H. Earlier this month (July 2016) it was $35 + $5 S & H, and today ... $101 + $5 S&H!!! OMG! Make up your minds, especially since the information on the Ingress and Cheero sites, which both send you to Amazon for purchases, always has different price information from Amazon.

I just unboxed this a few minutes ago and wow! I love this powerbank. Its such a beauty. Its feel extremely durable and I have already made a 15 second video and sent it to a few friends to show it off! If this powerbank holds up and doesn't have any technical issues I will buy a few more for the family and my self whenever I need one.The package it comes in is excellent. Beautiful and very presentable and one hell of a gift. This will be my primary powerbank from now on!The price is EXTREMELY affordable and real value.I tested the mAh and after about using it atleast 20 times it was giving me 11,500mAh! That is amazing for a powerbank that has 12,000. This is the best powerbank I own out of 5 high capacity ones.

I have no idea where to begin. Seriously guys, I could go on and on for days about all the things I love about the Niantic and Cheero collaboration for the Ingress Power Cube.I could talk about the sleek minimalist design. I could gush about the lights, OMG the lights. I could write sonnets about the gorgeous transparent holographic film insert that makes the "Power Cube" look like something out of a sci-fi movie. Lets not forget the seamless "glass" top which gives it a classy look with a modern edge or the speed in which it charges your device (I use a Samsung Galaxy s5), seriously there is just so much. I have no idea where to begin. (Plus there are tons of reviews on here that sing its praises better than I could - so I digress.)Instead I will talk about the things I wish could be improved. (AKA I am being a nitpicking nitpicker now). I feel that it is imperative to say that I knew going into this that I was NOT buying this charger for game play and when I received the device in the mail it only confirmed my thoughts. It is for all intents and purposes a novelty item. Say what you will but to say otherwise you are just lying to yourself. So I hope that this might help those of you who are looking to actually buy this for everyday game play - think twice. It is an amazing gorgeous charger but it is really not designed to take the day to day beatings of missions and game play.Things to be improved:First is that the Cheero Ingress Power Cube is LARGE but not only that it is heavy. As an Ingress player this charger is a bit impractical to take out on actual game play/missions. It is larger than my phone and twice as thick and weighs heavily in your hand. Unless you are Glyph Hacking a portal during meet up, taking this out and walking around with it for however long it takes to charge is bit much - unless you are keeping it in a bag (it is too big for pockets). But even in a bag its added weight is undesirable when you only try and carry the most essential/light weight items.Second the "Glass top" I am not convinced it is actually glass. It scratches a bit too easily, easily enough that I am almost tempted to say that is acrylic - Which just adds to the whole "not an item that can take the wear and tear of everyday gameplay". (When I do need to clean the top I actually use wipes for glasses as anything else (even the softest paper towels) seem to scratch the surface.)Third the lights. Hahah I know. I know, you must be like didn't they just say that they liked the lights. I do. I am not a liar. What I do not like is that throughout the entire light cycling process (6 awesome options) there is no option to TURN OFF the lights. So there you are out on a mission and you are trying to charge your device. You have no idea when the mission is going to end and you are on your second charge and as we all know battery life is key. Except you have to SHARE your battery power with the LIGHTS! Srsly guys I have a love hate relationship with this part like no other.That is all though - like I said nitpicking on amazing item. If you love Ingress and you are as crazy about it as I am this is a must have item. It is a great way to show your love and dedication to the game and a great memento. Thank you Niantic and Cheero for making this item possible - it is better than anything I could have imagined from a charger.
