In terms of bang for the buck, you can't go wrong with this faucet. My partner and I are living in an older house on her father's property, and replacing fixtures (outlets, faucets, light switches, etc.) has become a de rigeur fact of life.When the kitchen faucet started leaking any time it was turned on, it presented a problem that needed resolved, but since this house isn't worth putting serious money into (it has done what it was built to do, but it's time has passed) I was looking for the cheapest faucet I could find that would work.I was skeptical that this faucet, a dual-mode flex model, could possibly work out; I left a high end dual mode flex model faucet behind in my old house in Florida, and it cost me ~$250--how could a >$40, off brand faucet compete?The answer is, I'm pleasantly surprised. I don't expect that the seal's and gaskets will last for decades, but for our purposes, we only need 2-3 years tops before we're out of here.Installation was a breeze. It took me 45 minutes to remove the old faucet (decades of use and an EXTREMELY tight working space made breaking some of the nuts free a special kind of challenge--many a curse word was uttered), but less than 10 to get this one installed and running once the old one was out and the surfaces cleaned and prepped.It's clearly not a high end Delta or Moen level faucet, but it's functional, and as I mentioned, I'm pleasantly surprised. The water pressure is not a problem. Some reviews have mentioned that in spray mode, there's a good deal of "sprinklage," and I've found this to be true as well, but I can live with it, the ease of installation use and versatility more than make up for it, and in overall quite satisfied with this purchase. Our kitchen sink is standard depth; with deep sinks it shouldn't be an issue.SHORT VERSION: It's not a high end faucet, but does what it's supposed to do, installs easily (I've installed a LOT of faucets so this may be relative to my own experience) and for the price, absolutely worth it. Five stars not because it's the best dual mode flex faucet on the market, but as good as you're going to get in this price range.

Bought this one after remodeling my kitchen cause a very expensive very well known brand faucet leaked. Not spending several hundred on a faucet that will leak after a year anyways. This one is much better quality i could tell by the ease of installation. Hoses dont kink holds snug on the sink easy to get it put back together if it falls apart. Its a really basic functional faucet that doesnt leak. I will update review if it does. It is pull down for hot water if you do standard right hand valve operation. Dont expect fancy features that complicate the operation and are a point of failure. This is like a 1980s jeep nothing fancy just purly functional well made and priced appropriatly.

I love the look of this faucet. I had another with a similar look a while ago, but discovered after receiving it that the sprayer didn't pull down. I changed styles in order to get the pull down sprayer, but really wanted this style. I was excited to see the style I wanted with the pull down sprayer. I can reach the entire basin as well as the counter on both sides in order to fill containers.Bonus, due to the configuration of the hoses, I was able to connect my cup rinser to the faucet, allowing me to change the temperature of the water in my rinsed as well. This is something I had been wanting for a few years but wasn't able to do with the faucets mentioned above. To do this, I disconnected the pull down hose where it connects to the cartridge. My rinser came with a T connector to connect it to the cold water valve. This T fits perfectly at the junction of the cartridge and sprayer hose.

Great quality for the price, I definitely recommend this kitchen faucet if you are planning a budget reno. Easy to install and use.

I installed this in less than 30 minutes with a crescent wrench and a Phillips-head screwdriver. My wife is happy, so life is all good in the neighborhood. 😉

Higher quality than I expected for $28.00. Feels and functions just like one i installed at a previous house for a few hundred more.
