Excellent Product for shoes, sofa, car .....
Bought for old leather shoes I found, in the hope of freshening them up. It took around 5 minutes to apply this with a microfibre cloth and the old shoes look like NEW.. I kid ye not. I was amazed. After 24 hours, the leather has become flexible and supple again. In pic, you can see around the laces what the colour was like before application. Dull and greyish. These had been worn regularly for a couple of years, then disappeared in the boot of my car for the last 2 years. So happy with results was I, that I then had to set to work on some boots for the winter, our ageing sofa in the lounge, then finally I felt my old car seats needed a bit of tlc. Absolutely fantastic product for the money. After application and leaving for a short while, then buff, works wonders. My mid tan shoes did darken slightly at application but this 'dried back' to normal, and after buffing they were perfect. My car seats where fine the next day - no rub off on clothing, product had completely soaked into the leather. However, I was careful with the application, not to put too much on.

Great Vale - Works Well
I was attracted to this product while looking for traditional dubbin for my DMs simply by the bigger pot offering better value for money. The product is in a decent quality pot with screw lid, so keeping it for a long time wont be a problem.... which is just as well - the first application barely touched the contents, so I expect it'll be with me for some years! The dubbin is softer than others i've had before, making it easier and nicer to apply. I used a hairdryer to warm the leather a little before applying, and another short blast after application helping the product to be absorbed. The results on my very scruffy brown boots was great! I'll need to do a few coats over some time to get full benefit, but I'm impressed with what it's done so far.I think to get the full benefit, my boots probably need a deep clean before being proofed. I've ordered the Grangers Footwear Cleaning kit for this purpose, and will reapply the dubbin after.

Easy and economical. Take your time.
Easy to use if a long job on a coat I'd had for some years. As some had said it leaves white marks I judged this was because it wasn't fully into the fibres. After cleaning I warmed the coat and did sections over a stool. Rubbing in was easy. Using hairdryer really is needed to finish it off. Finally hung it in a drying cupboard for 24hrs. Looks great and certainly water runs off. Not tested it on a day out yet.

Dubbin is still the best
I’m no expert, but whilst some products get outdated, I believe Dubbin is still the best product to care for leather boots. It is not polish it is an oily/waxy feed that both nourishes and waterproofs. I have been using it for many decades and will continue to do so

Great product and decent value
This Dubbin has given my boots and shoes a new lease of life. It has made the leather much more revived and aged shoes look like new but just as comfortable. Im really happy with this product.

neutral colour and excellent warterproofing
goes on nice and soaks in well - really waterproofs and softens exceptionally. Not had to re-apply as yet, at least a week on from first application and despite daily walking through muddy and wet fields - Spaniel owner, need i say more? ;)The only issue i had was there were no instructions in English, but thankfully my Polish friend stepped in to translate... really not much to it - ensure boots are clean and dry and apply a thin layer...all in all i've been really impressed

Eccellente
Prodotto ottimo, consiglio vivamente.Facile da usare, rende le scarpe completamente resistenti all'acqua e possono sopportare anche le condizioni di lavoro più difficili.
