I am very goad i came across this item. This has been my eye saver. Very happy with my purt

It is broken after 5months. Very bad using experience. And I dont know where to complain or make a request to repair it.

This product is good value for money and woks well the only complaint is opening to take out heating pad (to wash outside part) is rather narrow and awkward to get in and out !

This does work well. But I think the inner lining could shorten its usability life span
