Only set them up yesterday. Pretty straightforward Bluetooth set up. Scan the QR code and install the app first. If you're adding a personal photo to the app, be aware that in your photos, the writing may be in Chinese. Therefore I found it hard to find my files of my pictures. However, because my son automatically knows which boxes to tick, he was able to show me so I could set up a profile for him really easily. Most tech savvy people will be fine with the set up. I'm not, and I was surprised I managed it. Very surprised how sturdy and stylish these are (black) and glad they work with AAA standard batteries. Definitely get a solid level board to sit then on. I was surprised at how much my weight varied between these and an old set of standard manual scales. (3-4Kg) over compared to the plastic manual scales. Disappointed, but happy at the same time, as these seem spot on to my last Doctor's appointment.

Brilliant set of scales. They are easy to use, quick to give a reading and the app gives you loads of stats and keeps a log of your progress. They seem perfectly consistent too so you can trust the readings are going in the right direction.

I have found the scales to be average. They do not have the heft of a well engineered product. The app is obviously written then translated from Chinese to English and does an average job. Whilst it looks busy, actually it is not very well thought out and I keep using a tiny portion of it, I e. recording weight over a period of time.So far (2 months in) the scales have worked OK...let's see
