Pack of 24 Replacement Charcoal Water Filters for Cuisinart Coffee Machines By Housewares Solutions

This product appears to be lower priced than the product from the coffee maker's product. But it is recommended for replacement twice as often. The monthly replacement still results in a lower cost and personnally, I think monthly replacement is superior. This is the second time I have ordered this product.

I noticed my coffee tastes better through my machine with these! Highly recommend!!! Definitely the right fit for my coffee/espresso maker, and I’m happy about the cost to filter ratio! I’ll order these again when I run out!

Embarrrased to admit that I discovered, quite a LONG time after purchasing the coffee maker, that the hidden charcoal water filter needed to be regularly changed. That’s why I purchased this set of 24 replacement filters. Honestly not sure that I noticed a difference in the taste of the coffee after changing the filter. But at least I feel better knowing that I am probably filtering out whatever sediments are in the water and that what I am drinking is “cleaner”.At just under $12 for 24 filters, they average 50 cents each which is reasonable. I am now replacing them every 2 months as recommended.I wish these filters came with little waterproof labels that I could stick onto the filter holder so that I am reminded about when the filter needs to be changed again.Also, after I purchased them, I realized that the filter is supposed to be changed every 2 months. With 24 filters, that means these will last FOUR years. Probably my coffee maker will break before then and so there are more in this package than I will need.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you!

They're water filters.

These are much smaller than the original filters, and very loosely filled compared to the tightly packed original filters. Not sure if these actually do any filtering considering the water isn’t really forced through a packed charcoal filter with these.

Filters are a little smaller than the original Cuisinart filters. The pouch of charcoal is not as full as the original as well. That being said, the filters still fit into the filter holder.
