Why so many reviews about these dying within a year? amazon selling old stock? shipping damage? optima just not worth the money? what???

I have never had a problem with Optima batteries. In fact, the ones I have purchased have lasted 15 years or more. Perhaps there are other electrical/charging issues in cars reporting failure of these batteries.

Does this fit a 2011 cadillac escalade esv

This fits my 2011 Chevy Suburban and so yes, this is the correct Optima battery model. In general, any BCI Group 48 battery will fit correctly. Also, batteries labeled as H6 or L3 batteries (DIN standard) and 66L3 (EN standard) are considered to be BCI Group 48 equivalent batteries, and vice versa due to the similarities in size.

What are the watt hours?

The nominal watt hours can be calculated by taking the amp hours times 12 volts. Optima specifications for this battery state 72 amp hours, so you get 864 watt hours.

Will this battery fit a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica

If you go onto the Optima website it will show you the vehicles the batteries will fit in. It depends on the battery size and location of the terminals.
