Compatibility and durability
This battery was the exact match for my Dell laptop. I am amazed how great it works and fits. I have not had any problems or only had to charge it once. Very durable and compatibility is great. Now I can take my laptop around with out being attached to a cord.

Great Battery...But Calibration is Necessary
I am certainly learning about batteries and how they must be "calibrated" in order to perform anywhere close to specifications. I purchased this battery to replace the one in my Dell Latitude 7490. The old battery would show 70% or so remaining and the computer would just suddenly die...not shut down...just die.Installation: There are some good videos online on how to do this and some tools were provided with the battery. In my view, a guitar pick or some other thin plastic (maybe the corner of an old credit card) is necessary to help pry the bottom of the case open after removing the screws. Watch more than one video on this to fully understand the process. The actual replacement of the batter is easy once the bottom of the computer is off.I installed this battery and let it charge a bit and then shut the computer down, pulled the AC adapter out and started the laptop with just the battery. The computer booted and about 3 minutes after logging into Windows 10, the computer died! What's going on? That's when I determined that the issue must be calibration. I restarted the computer with the AC plugged in and after the battery was at 100% I unplugged the AC and set the computer to NEVER sleep or shut off the display while on battery. I left it that way all day and did various business related tasks (accounting software, Emails, some web surfing, etc.) off and on. Some of that 9 hours the computer just sat there not being used but on, with the screen lit. It took nearly 9 hours for the battery to reach 6% and then the computer shut down into hibernation. I plugged in, allowed the battery to completely recharge, and then repeated the process. Now the computer will boot and run on battery alone and I have a very long battery life (up to 8-9 hours or more if I use all of the battery saving protocols). I am very pleased with the battery and recommend it. I also recommend, as does the battery manufacturer, that any laptop battery be periodically calibrated as I described.

A Solid Choice
I bought this battery for a refurbished Dell Latitude 7480, as the battery that came with it had seen better days and only gave me around 2 hours of runtime. Swapping them out was relatively painless (I spent more time fiddling with getting the cover back on afterward).Be sure to follow the included directions, which call for doing a full charge / discharge over at least 3 cycles. That means powering your laptop back on when the operating system decides the battery is too low and needs to go into standby, since your computer will try to reserve some power as a precaution. I found mine ran for at least another 10-15 minutes after powering it back on. You'll know it's fully drained when the laptop starts to boot but powers off.Depending on what I'm doing with the machine, I'm getting about 5-6 hours of operation. Remember you can maximize your battery time by turning off Bluetooth or other features you may not be using, and lowering the brightness a bit.Definitely recommended!

Great For My Dell Inspiron
Great replacement battery for the price. Pay attention to the directions. This battery came out of the package with 60% charge. In my Dell Inspiron laptop, the battery wouldn't charge it. The battery needed to be calibrated...meaning use it normally (unplugged) and allow the battery to discharge down to about 5%...then plug it up and allow it to charge to 100%. After that, it was good to go.

Very Dissatisfied!
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, it seems that the battery was used before. Secondly, its not compatible with Dell 7390 2 in 1 laptop as the description claims. Very disappointed!

Laptop is a laptop again.
Battery fits the computers, works with the computer and after several charging cycles has displayed it's functionality. Can't say much more.
