husband took these to see if he could take this instead of the prostate medicine the dr put him on for difficulty urinating from a slightly enlarged but healthy prostate. (a common problem for older men) there were no side effects but he couldn't tell any difference in urination between taking this or taking the prescription/chemical the dr ordered. he isn't taking anything now and it is no worse. so it is difficult to say whether anything was really going to help. we trust dr c products and can only say to other men that it is worth a try. i am not addressing any other health problems....just the one my husband had. talk to your doctor or a naturopath. do research. don't just take my word for it.

For the above mentioned issues, this is the answer and has been for me for 5 years.I am not a fan of OTC meds at all, I always use Christophers products as they are the most processing conscious vendors and there is more to it but you need to be a master herbalist to understand those.For day to day, 100% get this.

I was already taking Swanson's High Potency Beta Sitosterol Plant Sterol Complex, one capsule a day, which helped my prostate issues. I thought that these Male Urinary Tract capsules from Dr Christopher's, in conjunction with Dr Christopher's Prostate Plus capsules would provide additional benefit for my prostate and was very disappointed, since there was absolutely no improvement over taking just the Swanson tablets. Besides, Swanson's are one a day, while these are six a day (for each type of capsule), so a 100 capsule bottle lasts only 17 days. Perhaps if I was not already taking the Swanson capsules, I would have seen an improvement over my original condition, but since Swanson already helped, these turned out to be waste of money.
