Where do I start? I was recommended by a family friend to try this to see if it would help ease my restless legs... Why haven't I found this sooner! This stuff is AMAZING and gives me so much relief! Also the ingredients seem very clean and non toxic, which is huge plus! MORE PROS: - I got the Cranberry Flavor, and OMG it tastes so good! It does look a little funny at first, which made me nervous. But once you try it, it's like a smoothie of health! So so yummy! I actually look forward to drinking it before bedtime! - Relieves restless legs (in my experience.) I'm sure it's because of the Magnesium, but I bet all the other vitamins are contributing as well! I also sleep more soundly at night when I take this! - It's a very easy way to get some concentrated minerals! Our bodies are so used to being deprived of essential nutrients and minerals, so I love how easy this makes getting that mineral intake in! CONS: - The only problem I have is that this container is not a GALLON Size! I need more and I'm sad that it doesn't last longer. But it is worth the money for your health!

I take this at night for the minerals. I feel better since I started taking it and I seem to sleep better as well. It has a good flavor. I just put it in a shot glass and rinse out the glass with a couple of shots of orange juice or pineapple juice. Makes such a nice little treat before bed. Great product. Great way to take multi minerals.

Give this to my children instead of melatonin, and have noticed a big difference in their sleep. Love that it has better ingredients and I have noticed a huge difference in my 7 year old that has AHDH, he sleeps better and seems to be able to control himself better throughout the day because he has had better sleep. He takes it nightly and we have seen a huge change.

I would recommend this product. I chose these vitamins because it didn’t include melatonin but had other supporting vitamins to help your sleep.

This help me relax and sleep better at night. The taste is good but a little too sweet for me. You may love the sweetness. Try it out and see if it works. Getting sleep it worth it.

I read so many reviews before I purchased this product and it seemed like it might be a great way to help the kids calm down before bed. However, our experience was exactly the opposite. The kids not only got crazy and hyper but they were very poorly behaved! I definitely wouldn't buy it for the kids. I don't know if it does anything better for adults but it was horrible for the kids.

I bought this in hopes that it would help my insomnia. I am very open minded when it comes to trying a new product. The sleep quality.. I feel like you'll have to use it for a while to really notice anything. It helps you 'relax' but I don't feel super tired by comparison to sleep aid (which I know is the purpose of this is to avoid otc drugs). The flavor, I bought cranberry... Let's just say... I use a chaser after drinking it. It's thick and honestly tastes like medicine. I will continue to use it and update my review if I notice any changes. So far, seems pricey for the result. The order I received has a brownish liquid color, but it should be white to off-white. I also noticed someone else made the same comment.

The product was delivered in a bad condition. The product is about to expire and expiry date is April 2022. It was produced and manufactured in 2020. Quite disgusting and the wrapper looks yellow when originally was white. Pls give me a refund now.
