High Quality
I really did not need this but it was so cheap in the warehouse deals I could not pass it up great for small engines and hobby stuff. USA Made very high quality.

A good product with zero Customer Service.
This is a CDI/Snap-On Tools product. Customer Service is non-existent with this product, in my experience. I over torqued my wrench (100% my fault), and sent it to the CDI Factory Service repair center per their website info. The only reason I knew they had received it was through the UPS delivery receipt. CDI had my wrench for nearly 3 months, and never reached out as to repair status or estimated return date. I sent several emails and left voice mails, all went completely ignored. No response whatsoever. I finally submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, and only then did they send me an email stating they couldn’t fix the product and that they were sending it back to me. A supposed Customer Service rep then left me a voice mail to contact her. I have attempted to do so and left a voice mail. Once again, crickets. I’ll never buy a Snap-On Tools brand product again.

Inaccurate product description
It's pretty good, the product description claimed that it was good for up to 600 inch lbs but the one that showed up was 0-30 in lbs. It's still pretty useful, just not what I was expecting. It came with a shady looking certificate on a regular piece of paper that was cut all off center with the bottom missing. The torque wrench looks real, I'm just not too sure about the authenticity.
