Great book. Very detailed. I like the case studies and review questions. Would have given 5 stars if the answers or explanation to questions provided.

Text book without access code
This is a great book. I’m only giving it three stars because all three copies of the book I received did NOT contain the navigate 2 essentials access code as shown in the advertised picture. I’m not quite sure why Amazon continues to display that picture because it’s misleading.
