I used these for my Monroe piercing and they’re incredible, I nervously chew on the back side of my piercing and it doesn’t snap or break off like most rings due. Love that the diamond on top is petite and elegant enough that I dont have to cover it at work but is bold enough to look great when I go out.

These are a great product, best brand I've tried yet. The gems sparkle, and they don't fall out of the bioflex labret easily like some other brands I've tried. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because the little prongs that hold the gem in place can sometimes snag on my pillowcase because I wear them as a cartilage stud and am also a side sleeper. But if you are a back sleeper or don't wear it on your ear as a side sleeper I would highly recommend these. I just learned that for me I need a full encased gem with no prongs because of where I wear them and how I sleep. Notably even on the mornings when they have snagged a thread, it doesn't easily pull out the topper from the base, so I give it 5 stars for all the value/comfort and sturdiness. My past bioflex purchases the toppers fall out super easily for no reason at all.

I've repurchased these several times for my Ashley piercing, and I love them! I do have a tendency to bite and play with them, some in the pack will last me a day while others last me a month before having to change out. May have something to do with the sturdiness of each jewelry.

The ones that have metal backs were too difficult for me to screw them in by myself. The plastic ones are easy to put in, I have had a couple fall out while sleeping and the one that has successfully stayed in my ear for several weeks no longer has the gemstone on it.

I’ve only had it in for about a day but it works well as fits perfectly took a min to screw it but so far no issues or complaints
