300W Red Light Therapy Lamp Red 660nm & Near Infrared 850nm, Full Body Led Light Therapy for Skin and Pain Relief

I want to preface this by saying that I was not compensated in any way for this review and I am also very much of a skeptic when it comes to pain relief treatments because so many have not worked for me over the years.I have chronic widespread muscle and joint pain from Lupus and fibromyalgia and the last 6 months have been hell. This red light box is a game changer for me! I only received it yesterday and have used it a couple times on various painful areas...my neck, shoulder, my hip and my knees. I didn't have high expectations, but after using it on my neck for 20 minutes last night, the pain was gone. Gone! It's been constant for years. Same with my knees. The shoulder and hip pain is deeper and proving more stubborn, but it has also improved greatly. I haven't been able to go for a walk in months, but today I am.As a bonus, the light therapy is also speeding up the healing on a deep burn I have on my finger.I wish every pain doctor would provide this kind of treatment, but on a full body scale. It would likely put them out of business though.

This product is a must for pain relief and healthy skin. It is a bit clunky and heavy, but it is also much more powerful than anything in the same price range. 20 minutes on your face will help wake you up more than a cup of coffee. 20 minutes on an achy back or achy feet and the pain is GONE! It is very bright so you’ll want to either keep your eyes closed or wear shades when using on your face. It is very warming, nothing is more rewarding on a chilly morning when you just can’t get moving. I have noticed a great improvement in my complexion, skin is happier overall. It is certainly worth spending a little more to get this quality device.

This is a great product for the price. I use it for my arthritic knee and for my complexion and just overall vitamin D exposure. I had some mobility issues due to some health challenges so sometimes it’s just not that easy to get outside. This has helped me sleep, and it’s just very relaxing and even gives me a even mood. It’s been great on every front.

Although this product does what it advertised I will be sending it back. The light are too bright for my eyes even using the googles. This is because I have an eye disease that cannot handle bright lights. If it wasn't for that I would definitely keep it and use it every day.

The 300W is certainly very powerful. Haven’t used it long enough to see effects though. Its a little smaller than my last 12x12 unit but is much heavier. If it turns out to be more effective will consider a larger size if the weight is manageable. I like to use it on my couch.

I used it a couple of weeks ago but I can already see some difference on my skin texture. Well worth the money!
