Great tea. Please show tariffs amount!
As ever, excellent tea from the UK.Please also label tariff amount as service to customers. Should the amount increase, the US government, NOT Twinings or Amazon should take responsibility!

Better than the gold box version imo
I like this black box Lady Grey tea almost as much as the purple box (U.K. version) Earl Grey tea. This one is just a little more citrusy than EG but is still mild when steeped 2 minutes per directions.Apparently this 100-count black box Lady Grey is the version sold in the U.K. The tea bags don't have a string or tag and are not individually wrapped. There are two foil packs of 50 bags each in the box. See photo for differences. Directions say steep for 2 or 3 minutes. The gold box version is individually wrapped, has a string and tag on each double-sided tea bag, and doesn't seem to contain quite as much tea in each bag as the black box version. Apparently the gold box LG is the version meant for sale in the U.S. I have both and much prefer the black box U.K. version. The gold box says to steep for 3 minutes, so maybe that is part of the difference, but it seems stronger and more lemony with a slightly bitter aftertaste that I don't like.It would be helpful if the product pages included information on which version each tea is. The Twinings Earl Grey is sold in two versions, too, and I like the U.K. purple box version of it better as well.

Yum!!
I’m a Yorkshire Gold guy when it comes to standard black tea or Kericho. But Twinnings nailed it when it comes to Lady Grey and Earl Grey. With the right amount of cream and sugar it almost taste like the left over milk from fruity pebbles!

Yum
This seems to have a hint more orange that normal lady grey, but it just adds to the flavor and is delicious.

great service
Just received my most recent order a couple weeks earlier than anticipated. Was surprised that the box only has 80 tea bags @ 200 g instead of the 100 bags @ 250g in the description. I much prefer the flavor of this version from the UK to the USA version which seems to be weaker.

Not identical to USA Twinings Lady Grey, but quite good
This Lady Grey is definitely not identical to the blue box of individual packaged Twinings Lady Grey tea bags. The tea is stronger (blacker), and that may overpower the citrus flavor component of the tea. However, I've discovered that in the proper proportions (half the number of tea bags compared to the USA Twinings Lady Grey), I can enjoy a pot of delightful Lady Grey. Please note that the tea bags are not individual wrapped. Every twenty tea bags are in a foil wrapping. Also, these tea bags have no strings. Frankly, for the price difference and the ability to use one tea bag for a pot in which I would need to use two USA Twinings tea bags for the full strength of the Lady Grey, I am quite happy with my purchase. It may be worth while to look into British versions of my other favorite teas...

DO NOT BUY if you like the original Lady Grey.
I've been drinking Twinings' Lady Grey tea for decades, it’s my favorite tea so I know what it should taste like. THIS IS NOT LADY GREY, this tea tastes 'dusty' and old, as though it had been sitting on the shelf for years! The flavor is not at all like original Twinings’ Lady Grey -- there is no hint of bergamot, citrus, or any other flavor, but dusty & old bland black tea flavor. DO NOT BUY if you like the original Lady Grey.

My new favorite tea
A couple of years ago, I gave up my beloved coffee because it was causing intestinal distress. Now, I have tea instead. I'm always searching for teas with robust, maybe even powerful flavor. This Lady Grey has a very nice citrus punch coming through. It's not coffee, but very good...haha
