I put it on my lower abdomen, and let it dry for a minute. Then put one of those stick-on heating patches over it (over your underwear). This is good stuff!

This oil saves me during PMS. It keeps my moods regulated and even seems to help with cramps. Last time I ran out, my husband asked where my oil was and demanded I order more- it's that helpful.

It was packaged very securely and arrived very quickly. The first thing I noticed immediately when I opened the outer wrap was the unpleasant garlic like scent. I knew at that point I probably wouldn't use the product. Once I opened the final wrap to expose the box, I saw that it was wet and oily on the outside. The bottle did have the plastic wrap around the lid and it was not torn, but the bottle had somehow clearly leaked around the seal. The entire bottle was soaked and oily. The bottle arrived only half full. The paper insert included in the box would be very nice, as it has many helpful details on different oils and products. However, the insert is useless to me because it is soaked in oil and I'm not happy with the aroma it's soaked in. Bummed.

This is ok. I think I don't like Clary Sage and wasn't familiar with it prior to this purchase. I still use it at times while at home. I don't notice anything magical happening. It makes me smell like either food or a girl who may use pine-cones as deodorant. It is very earthy smelling which is ok, but I wanted something more nice light and organic smelling and was trying scents. The smell doesn't last for a long time, but that's fine since I don't like the sage smell. The product seems high quality. I have tried the De-Stress one and liked it.

I find this definitely helps during PMS. It has a woodsy smell. I even put a little on my toddler when she is moody and it seems to help her as well! Would definitely buy again, although it is long lasting so worth the value as well!. It won't solve the whole PMS issues, but definitely better than taking OTC meds.

I like how this can be used as a great remedy for skin (acne, eczema, scars etc) on top of being used to help open up air ways. When I applied it on my chest I noticed it helped me breathe easier, it had a calming effect that was noticeable. It fights inflammation too which is great if you suffer with endometriosis. It can also help digestion. I recommend it. It made me calmer, and it helps with acne. Great for that time of month or all month long.

This particular one kinda reminds me of doterras clarycalm roll on oil. But ofcourse, at a much better price! Plus they sent me an extra gift! Thank you very much! I’ll definitely order again🤗
