Not a miracle drug, but definitely does help you have a better night sleep. I take 3 pills and I have a deep sleep. Two pills, and I dream a lot more. Each person just needs to decide what works best for them. This is all natural, so I do not worry about the fact I use this every night.

You can definitely smell the turmeric! The ingredients seem to be good quality.I started taking the Turmeric Chamomile blend in October 2020, I haven't noticed any major changes yet. Supposed to help with endometriosis and overall inflammation, as well as sleep quality, so I will keep taking for a few months to see if it helps.

I have a really stressful job, on top of raising children. This helps me relax and sleep better. I don’t drink alcohol! Great product Ava it works! I’m on my 2nd bottle 🙏🏽 it’s all herbal too

Great daily supplement
My doctor recommended me taking turmeric for breast health. I tried to buy turmeric in bulk and filling capsules myself but I made a huge mess, so I decided just to buy them already assembled. These come with chamomile mixed in, which is supposed to be good for anxiety/stress relief. They don't make me feel particularly tired, so I take them with the rest of my supplements before breakfast. I take two a day with no issues. With something like this, I wasn't expecting to experience noticeable effects, so I can't say if they are "working", but I would like to think that I am obtaining some health benefits from them. I will keep buying for sure.

Its ok
I take this 2 hours before going to sleep and it helps me relax my mind. Sometimes i feel it does works and sometimes not that much. I would probably like to see an imporvement in the formula but for now its ok

Seems to get the job done.
I got this to help calm me down to sleep. It seems to work, as I don't have ae many sleepless night as before.
