Q: Will this work for a queen bed with 6 inch lift?

No. Two sets of these will equal six inches of plastic but the mattress sinks down over the plastic so you’d probably get three or four inches that way. This is a terrible product; does not cover the width of the mattress, doesn’t keep the bed elevated and doesn’t work the way it says it will. I’d advise not purchasing.

Q: I have a standard box springs and mattress (coil not memory foam). Will using a double set work or harm the new mattress over time?

We have standard queen size box spring and mattress and we use TWO double sets, one double set under the mattress on each side of the top of the bed. The two lock together so there is no slippage. We do push the mattress up to the headboard on occasion.Works very well for both of us.Peace, Jackie

Q: What can I put under my mattress to lift my legs?

You could use this product. Each stack of two wedges will give you about 9 - 10 inches of lift. I think 15 - 20 inches (a stack of 3 - 4 wedges) would probably be the practical maximum lift you could get with this product. Select a size (wedge length) that best suits the width of your bed.

Q: can it be used on a sleep number bed

I originally had the bed wedges (reflux) and then switched to a sleep number bed. Found that this is sufficient for me and have not needed the wedges. Good luck
