I LIKE THE LEFTY'S SPICY FISH AND CHICHEN SEASONED BATTER MIX. THE SEASONING IS SPICY, BUT I LOVE HOT AND SPICY FOOD. IF THIS BATTER MIX IS SO SPICY, JUST ADD LEFTY'S REGULAR FISH AND CHICKEN REGULAR MIX TO DILUTE THE SPICY MIX. I BOUGHT THIS BATTER TO COOK MY MEAT IN MY AIR FRYER. MAKE SURE YOUR MEAT IS DRY, ADD YOUR HOUSE SEASONING, THEN ADD LEFTY'S BATTER MIX, PLACE THE MEAT ON A WIRE RACK AND SLIDE IT INTO YOUR AIR FRYER. WHEN DONE, YOUR MEAT WILL TURN OUT NICE AND CRUNCHY. I WILL PURCHASE IT AGAIN.

I ordered 3 bags, received as promised and undamaged. I love using Lefty’s Spicy Fish and Chicken Seasoning it gives your fish and chicken great flavor with just the right amount of heat.If you never used this seasoning, I highly recommend trying.

No joke - it's spicy!
Follow the directions and you'll have great wings. I've used it in both the oven and on the Weber kettle BBQ with a Vortex - turns out phenomenal. It's definitely got some heat on it. Keep your nose away from the bag as you open it because it is truly spicy. I've found that even mixing it 50/50 with the regular Lefty's is just about right.

If you're tired of ordering so-called "spicy" seasoning and being disappointed then this is the product for you!This is a spicy breading mix that delivers. If it is too spicy I recommend mixing half & half with corn meal.The predominant flavor is mostly lemon, but with chili heat. (The lemon is a little strong in my opinion, hence the mixing).My tips:+ Great with boneless chicken breast pieces.+ Adding corn meal reduces the heat & lemon flavor, plus makes the pack last longer. I don’t follow the package directions which suggest dipping in wet mixture then dredging in dry mix. Just roll/shake thawed chicken pieces in dry mix to evenly coat then bake. (Suspect the package directions are to get you to use more of this stuff fast)Hope this is useful!
