These capsules are perfect to take in the morning because you can turn it into a tea and open it up, or just take by mouth. No tasting the capsule at all which is nice. No se si esto ayuda, me las tome como cápsulas y me dieron como mareos, y me dieron un super boost de energía ( creo que no estoy super acostumbrada a estar asi llena de energía), me las tomé en forma de té ( en el bote te explican como hacerlo así) y fue un éxito, yo normalmente tomó té verde así que lo sentí mejor asi
