My 2.5 year old has been whiny his entire life, so I did not expect this to make a difference, but I was so wrong! The difference is night and day! Cina c30 I'm not sure what's in it, but it does help for an adult (me). I saw that it was recommended on one of the fb groups for parasite cleanse, and some lady says that the formula has wormwood in it and that's why... Anyway, I was skeptical but I do notice that I fall asleep faster. Usually I'm the kind of person that stays up until 3am just to have quiet time and relax, and because my mind is racing. It would be great to have more clarity as to what's in it and why it works, but so far based off of my experience I would probably buy it again. The pellets taste like sugar
