Using it for couple of months now.Pros-Excellent packaging(too excellent to my liking in some areas)Very sturdyGood shiny finishStoppers are excellentWayy cheaper than at local stores. Enquires in 4-5 shops.Cons-Only one- the ends do not rotate freely. The bearings are not that smooth. More fixed than movable(maybe needs greasing). Will matter only if you do Olympic lifting like cleans and snatches, which you won’t be going heavy in a 5ft bar anyway so shouldn’t be an issue.

Delivery took sometime with follow up with seller.. packaging was excellent. bar is good with decent finishing. Bushing helps with rotation as well.. knurling doesn't hurt bare hand. So far tested only 50Kg.. for some reason there was a lot of saw dust in the sleeve?

Certain parts are rusted and scratched. This is despite arguably good packaging. I expected better. Since it is too much of a hassle to return and again wait for a rustfree barbell rod to be resent sometime later (which too may be rusted), I will keep it. However, not satisfied.

Foolish stupid concept product, Completely Cheating the innocent gym body building guys customers. Friends this is Not olympic rod bar ( for example in this product weight plate placing side area will not rotate complete fixed portion, so this is not olympic rod ) - olympic rod it means complete freely rotate, bearing rolling action, for avoiding wrist injuries, so friends please don't buy this product and get cheated.

Very bad

The steel rod has some minor cracks. Don't buy to lift heavy weights.
