I ordered a size medium & they had to be returned. My hips are 41 inches, and these did not fit because they were too small . I strongly suggest taking your measurements and following the size chart. Although the medium was too small, I gave 5 stars because of how many you get for the price which is equivalent to what you could pay at a retail store.

These don't shape you or flatten the abdomen. They provide a layer of thin smooth fabric which can give you 'modesty' comfort when wearing a dress or a skirt, but they don't do anything beneficial for smoothing any lumpy areas or defining the hips.

Although this panty is not tight, it still provides some support. If you want it to fit tighter, buy a smaller size.

I buy my clothes in a L so I figured a L in this would be fine, but I can't get it past my thighs.

What I got is not a seamless. I got M size. I'm size 8-10. It gives me a good support but feels tight. I would go with large for more comfort.

This is the first time I have ever worn shape wear so I didn't know what to expect. I have a small pooch that I wanted to flatten down to wear a tight dress. I noticed that when I wore it correctly my stomach looked the same as it does without the underwear. If I folded it down a bit my stomach looked flatter, but it tended to move around that way after sitting down. Maybe I should have sized down to make it compress my stomach more. I usually wear a medium, so that's what I ordered. The quality was pretty good though and the bottom fit fine.

They are made extremely small, I bought for my daughter and she's unable to wear them they are way to tight.
