Easy install on my 67 CJ5... Will test it after steering box rebuild.

The BDL 4” didn’t work on my CJ5, I haven’t been able to drive my Jeep… Its been at the shop for a month. I can’t tell you how this product is good or bad… My Jeep is not drivable… Do not buy a BDS 4” lift kit for a CJ5 the rear drive shaft will not work back.. I called BDS and they weren’t much help on why their 850 dollar product didn’t fit my CJ correctly… This review should not reflect negatively on the Rough Country Steering Stabilizer….

Slapped this on during a restoration project. Not sure I even needed it since I never drove my jeep without it but she runs smooth and straight so it doesn’t hurt to have a little extra protection

I asked the maker if it fit heavy duty steering linkage and never got a answer. Ended up having to order an additional bracket and u-bolt kit to get it to work properly. They should have that option as another kit instead of having to buy extra parts for an additional order.

I had to weld an extension onto the differential mount that came with the stabilizer to compensate for the 5” lift on my jeep to bring the stabilizer parallel with the steering tie bar. Worked great.

Fits good, sticker is not applied so you can paint it prior to installation to match your scheme if desired.

Este es un estabilizador, aun no veo bien su función en cuestión de manejo, pero espero sacarlo pronto mas lejos y ver que tanto mejora mi volante y la estabilidad. La instalación es fácil, les dejo un video de como mas o menos le hice para instalarlo
