Looking for a reasonably priced security camera system for your home?? Look no further. After much review and searching I purchased the six camera system with 2TB drive with monitor. The camera picture quality is excellent in both daylight and night vision. Installation is easy. The user manual could use some help, doesn't cover everything you may need but has enough to get you in the right direction.Take your time - plan out where you want to place the cameras and coverage you hope to obtain, how you are going to get power to the cameras and any RF obstacles that may interfere with the wireless signal. The repeater function works very well to increase your range. I ran 30ft and 15ft extension power cables to some of the cameras, wanted to keep the plug in transformer inside the house and not exposed to the elements. Cameras are all mounted under eve of house, outside power connectors are not exposed to rain etc and I also put shrink tubing over them.Tech support is great - had to email them because I was unable to get into programming mode. Kiki very quickly honed in on the fact that the mouse was defective. Since I did not have another USB mouse, I picked one up and BINGO - problem resolved. The response was quick and issue resolved. Very pleased. Did not have to contact them for any other issue.

The cameras work good, and I was impressed with their range. However, the hard drive gave us nothing but fits. It would lose its memory and quit recording. I would have to keep turning the power off every couple of weeks. Then it would start again. It would show the videos on screen but not be recording them. Finally after only 7 months of use the hard drive quit all together. It starts to initialize, then stops. It doesn’t show the camera videos or even the mouse arrow. It will just show the grid where the videos are supposed to be, but that’s it. After a while, it will try to start again and still nothing.Update: isotect contacted me, and really tried to fix things. They tried with a new hard drive, but that didn’t work. Eventually they sent a whole new NVR. The new one seems to be working good so far. I will update later if it stays good. Isotech in pressed me by standing behind their product. It took some time back and forth, but hopefully all is good now.Update:New NVR doing exactly the same thing 5 months later. Was working good until then. Out of the blue, no HHD drive again. Used the same email strain from last time to communicate with seller. No answer this time. I had even just bought two more cameras to complete the eight just a week before it went dead again. They will be getting them back.

I would give it a higher over all rating but, here it is a week later and 4 out of the 5 camera's I am using are cloudy due to moisture getting into the lenses. Had some really heavy rain recently and even thou it says on the product page "waterproof" and "double-layer sealing treatment" water still got into the camera causing it to fog up the lenses when the sun came out and started to dry/heat everything up. I switched out one of them for the camera I wasn't using so at least I have 2 that have clear pictures.*UPDATE 5/13/20*I reached out to Customer Service about the issue's with the camera's I was having. After I provided them pictures of the camera's showing them fogged up and a close up of one of them showing the water in the camera that they requested I send them, they quickly sent me out new camera's to replace the fogged up ones at no charge to me. What started out as a bad experience, they quickly made it right at not cost to me.Because of there great fast service, I increased my rating to 5 stars and recommend this system. It works great, and if you have any issue with it, let them know and they will fix it/make it right fast.

As far as the camera goes, ok, decent. Not easy to set up even when using ethernet cables. Works ok on the phone app but the desktop version doesn't work at all. No one ever answers the phone there so don't expect to talk to someone. When emailing a question there is hardly any response. The first and second email was responded with refer to section in owners manual...yeah thanks for the help. The 3rd and 4th emails have simply just been ignored. Probably because it's a warranty question and they are not willing to replace defective camera that has water in lens. So much for outdoor camera???? Would not buy this product again......3/22/21 UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW, I UPGRADED RATING DUE TO FINALLY GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR MY CAMERA THAT FAILED. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEEMS NICE AND WILLING TO HELP MY ONLY ISSUE AND THE REASON I DID NOT UPGRADE TO A 5STAR IS BECAUSE OF THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND WHEN ASKING A QUESTION YOU GET REFERED TO THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL WHICH IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. AS FAR AS THE PRODUCT GOES....SO FAR OTHER THAN 1 CAMERA ALL SEEMS GOOD. THE ESEE CLOUD DOES NOT WORK ON THE DESKTOP...AND TRYING TO GET SUPPORT FOR THAT IS RIDICULOUS. BUT IT WORKS ON THE PHONE APP.

So I was concerned it would be difficult for me to set the NVR (recording) up and get everything customized to my needs. I waited almost 3 weeks to open the box because I was dreading it.. lol.. well let me assure you, it was EASY. and i only needed to read the directions a couple of times. it comes with a usb stick drive with video tutorials which i recommend you sit thru and watch!! i am extremely pleased with the quality of these cameras and i only have ONE TINY COMPLAINT WHICH IM SURE I WILL BE ABLE TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND get help. one of my cameras is defective. it just doesn't work. :( boooo.. BUT ... The rest of the cameras are so amazing and clear and I can zoom in and everything is very intuitive. my package came with the monitor and I wish i would have just skipped that part and bought a bigger monitor.. but live and learn!! For the reasonable price, i got an entire security system that I am very pleased with. highly recommend , would buy from again.
