Fantastic complete set of items to start Glass Fusing straight away!
As well as small microwave kiln, the other items provided are just what is needed to start crafting straight away - even the gloves and tools are provided. Glass items are in a good range of colours - I am really delighted with this set to start my Glass Fusing now. Thank you.

Hi, I would like either a full refund or a replacement of the kiln please, & one that isn’t faulty. After only a few careful uses the kiln has cracked & turned black! My whole flat was filled with a foul smelling toxic black smoke! The kiln looks unusable & burned! I’m familiar with microwave kilns & was both disappointed & alarmed when this happened this morning. I only hope that I do not suffer any health issues after inhaling these very toxic smelling fumes. I would rather have spoken privately to the seller but there does not seem to be a way to do this. Please get in touch ASAP, thank you

Fun and easy to use
I used the kiln to make some lovely pendants using the glass supplied. easy to use which is good as no instructions and took longer cooking than suggested online. Good starter kit for not much money.

Great product for home crafter
Good product. Arrived next day as a xmas present to myself. I've only just got around to trying it out yesterday but was impressed with the results. Its gonna take a few attempts to get the heating times right but I managed to make 3 small glass pieces with my first attempt which will make a nice pendant and earrings.

No instructions and came in Plain white box!
Why are there no instructions included on how to use this? For the price I paid, it looks very cheap and is meant to be a present. There are images on the Amazon page that show the instructions and I thought this would be on the box or some sort of instruction sheet, but nothing, there's no clue. Plain white box too., nothing that even says what it is!
