I have a ton of stomach problems that I have never been able to get to the bottom of. I get heartburn from foods sometimes and other times I don't. I have never been able to pin down the gastrointestinal problems I have and neither have my doctors. That being said, this helped me out a lot. I do not suffer from stabbing pains after eating when I take this. My indigestion is also held at bay as well. I will keep taking these and when they run out if I do not see a difference I will edit my review but I honestly believe a lot of my relief came from these. Time will tell.

Not very strong if you have serious issues with digestion. Do not buy expecting to replace prescription enzymes.

I have a very sensitive stomach, and I often suffer from digestive issues. I have found that taking a good probiotic and digestive enzymes are essential for my gut health. This particular blend of enzymes has proven effective for helping me feel better, and I am very happy about that!The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have an aftertaste. The serving size is two capsules, so note that this is a 30 day supply (however, this is typical of digestive enzymes). The only thing I don't love is that these capsules contain wheat, milk, and soy from the fermentation process. We have a family member that is sensitive to these ingredients, so she cannot take these enzymes. This combination of allergens seemed unusual in a digestive enzyme. I don't know if I would purchase again because of that, and I am glad I thought to check the label before recommending them to her. They are marked gluten free, though, so it might be okay for those with a gluten, not wheat, sensitivity.Overall, I am pleased with the effectiveness of these digestive enzymes. They are great if you have chronic stomach issues and definitely worth a try.

There is a vast array of ingredients within this supplement. Many of the ingredients are very promising and do actually helps digest food better which would enable the food be ingested and used more efficiently. I take these as directed. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks. I noticed that even after a heavy meal, I don’t feel as bloated. I also do feel a slight increase in my energy levels. I don’t burp as much. Gas is still there, but I guess not as much. I would recommend to try it. It seems to do some positive effects for me. No adverse reactions are noted. Thank you.

These digestive enzymes work very well! i like to take them right after a meal. i found that i felt less gassy after a rich meal when using these. I think the enzyme combination is a good one. I feel like it is helping my digestive system a lot! i love that they are made with quality. I read the label and found that there is nothing unpure or unnatural. I like the encapsulation process did not use any stearic acids or stearates. That tells me that the brand cares a lot for the quality. I would recommend these enzymes for all friends and family, adults all ages. I think they really help and make the tummy feel very good!

I love carbs - breads, beans, corn, beer. Love them! However, too many in a meal, and my stomach won’t love me. This product worked fairly well to calm down the high carb stomach discomfort.Capsules are easy to swallow and no weird taste or aftertaste. I took this with carb-heavy meals (like pasta night, or a baked potato with chili). Did not always slow down flatulence (like say a Beano would), it did make the digestion process calmer and more quiet than otherwise. Consume plenty of water when taking.A bit expensive for a 30 day supply but very effective. Will shop around for a better value but may come back to this given the results.
