Very fun and easy to fly
This is a very decent RC helicopter for the money and was easy to fly after a few small crashes. The rotor blades itselves are made of a very flexible plastic and does seem to hold up to crashes and blade strikes very well. I did replace my blades eventually as they start to split on the edges and are probably no longer safe to fly as they can rip apart mid-air! Be warned, if you damage your blades, YOU MUST REPLACE THEM since it could be a huge eye hazard if you're flying it around near people indoors.Battery life is decent, you get about 4-5 mins on a single charge and does perform very well. You can almost "feel" the helicopter lose power as the battery starts to run out as you will need more throttle on your stick to obtain the same altitude.Overall, I recommend this product to anyone looking for a first RC helicopter or someone intermediate at flying. I would NOT recommend this to young children as there is a learning curve and some maintenance involved to keep this heli air-worthy and running safe/optimal.

What fun! We had a blast flying it on Boxing Day (12/26)!
The media could not be loaded. Gave this to my husband for Christmas. Part of the present was playing with it with his granddaughters. The adults had as much fun flying it around the room as the kids did! (Weather wasn't suitable for outside flying, too windy.) Small, light weight drone type chopper was easy to fly. Only problem we had was it got caught on the carpet, so we had to find a hard surface for it to take off from and hopefully land on.

Great 3ch. toy helicopter, stable, and capable
Review of s111g, (Not sure why many other reviews here seem to be about a different item.)Very stable, but slow indoor flight. Flight comparable to S107G, but significantly lighter, lasts longer, and feels "better."Cute body mimicking US Coast Guard (no USCG insignia used just similar colors.)The only small concern is that if you chose to move up to a 4 or 5 channel helicopter the typical controls will be different than what you will get used to, and will have to be relearned.Control for this helicopter: (typical of such 3ch. toy helicopters.)* Throttle only on left stick* Pitch and yaw on right stickControls on typical 4-6 channel helicopter:* Throttle & YAW on LEFT stick* Pitch and BANK on RIGHT stick(Yaw is on a different stick and all training will have to be undone.)Overall great toy helicopter, kids love it, recommended to many friends.

Does not work
After charging I started it up and only the bottom rotors move. The top rotors don't spin, so the helicopter won't lift in the air. Very cheap product

Really awesome R/C helicopter, but very sensitive launch.
This is a good helicopter for, from what I know, a good price. It lifts off very quickly, but it is a bit slow when it comes to moving backwards and forwards and turning. Even though the instructions say that a 50-60 minute charge gives you 6-7 minutes of play, it really takes closer to 40 minutes to charge for 10 minutes of play. The lights are better than I expected as well. The light on the top of the body and the light on the tail flash red and blue, like the lights on a police car; although the light on the nose is a bit dim. The controller is sturdy, as well, and can charge the chopper. The controller rattles a bit, but it is because of some loose plastic decorations, so the rattling is normal. One issue with the design of the copter is that it uses three "wheels" instead of skids, so it is less stable on the ground than other copters. Another thing that might be an issue is that the instructions don't use clear or proper English sentence structure, making them a bit confusing. Also, during takeoff, the helicopter tends to shift to the side, meaning takeoffs need to be done quickly. The rotors are similar in design to other Syma helicopters, so parts from the rotors might be interchangeable between this copter and Syma's other R/C helicopters. I am overall satisfied with this product.

Updated: Huge upgrade with the stability over the older model (S107g)
The media could not be loaded. The s107h is a huge upgrade to the s107g model. The best way I can describe it is like driving an automatic car vs a manual car. With the later model s107g, your constantly having to adjust the throttle up and down to hover or maintain a constant height. The s107h does everything for you. It's much more stable. All you have to do is launch it, adjust it for the height or altitude you want it and then just for it around. I will how ever say that even though the h model had 2 speeds both hi and low, the g model is still a bit faster. Of course that's also part as the reason the g model is less stable. It takes more experience to fly the g model.. much like it would driving a manual car.Update: after a couple days off flying, the helicopter no longer maintain a steady altitude. It's constantly going up and down from about a foot so the floor to about a foot off the curling l ceiling. It does this wether you doing it hovering. I will be returning and possibly replacing
