Does what it says on the tin
Bought this to fill in several chips before my MOT and it worked perfectly, was quite surprising tbh as some of them where quite big.

Handy kit if used early and on smaller chips
I used this on our windscreen that had 6 chips in it ranging from a smarty size to a 5 pence piece. You get enough stuff to do a fair few, I did 6 and still have enough left for the same again. It is a bit fiddly but once you get the hang of it goes on quite easily. The plastic kit seems like cheap plastic but it all works.Managed to get the 4 smaller chips to disappear into a pin head size mark and couldn't get that to go but the bigger ones that had multiple little cracks would not go after trying it a couple of times each with a hairdryer and rubbing the glass.Oh and keeping the sun off the screen until I had finished with an umbrella tied to the wing mirror on a windy day was like watching a Laural and Hardy sketch apart from my swearing.A warning is that on one big one I tightened the screw obviously too much and it made new cracks that I couldn't fix.If you did some smaller or basic chips early then i think it would make them manageable but my big ones didn't fix up well enough.I think I left it a bit late to do or the big ones were just too big to fix with this or even some how that my newly acquired YouTube windscreen fixing skills were not as good as my 4 year old thought after all.I'm keeping this in the boot in case I need to use it somewhere somehow someday, but as I have just had my new windscreen installed I guess this wasn't the answer for me.

It works very well.
Grr. Another confusing listing that has entirely different products listed as colour variants, and all the reviews for these products mashed together. So for the avoidance of doubt please understand that I am reviewing the "Manelord Auto Windshield Repair Kit".With that off my chest, I have to say I was surprised how well this worked. With the job completed I defy you to find the chip from outside the car, even if I point to the exact location. From inside the car it is still visible, but only if I point to it. Even from inside the chip looks much better than it did before, barely visible, I guess I'll find out if this was enough to stabilise the glass in the long term. IME glass repair companies always end up recommending that I replace the entire windscreen, and from my point of view I still have that option so this repair trick was always worth trying more from convenience than anything else.Application is in two stages: the first is using the plastic plunger arrangement to squeeze resin into the chip: the gaps are narrow so you must give it time. I suspect that some of the negative reviewers expected to find cured resin when the plunger thing was removed, but how could that be? The resin at that point it hasn't seen much UV. Hence step two: add a drop more resin, cover with film and then leave in direct sunlight for the whole thing to cure. I left mine for 10 minutes but it still wasn't totally hard - I guess that's what I get for living in the North. So the instructions saying 4-6 minutes was definitely a bit optimistic. I ended up leaving it for a few hours in the afternoon while I was at work and when I came back the resin was rock hard and I could scrape off the excess, which comes off as a white dust. I then gave the area a wash with glass cleaner and all the evidence just disappeared. Very impressive.I would definitely use this again.p.s. The package contained the offer of a glue gun if I write a review, positive or negative. Since I already own three decent glue guns, I will not be applying for that offer, so you can be assured that the offer didn't colour my review.

This kit works, with limits.
This kit enabled me to minimize two large chips by about 70% in my screen but didn't remove them as I was expecting.

Good value for money
I used this product to repair around 10 small chips on my car windscreen which I didn't want to get worse but weren't worth having professionally repaired. The apparatus was more sturdy than I expected and formed a good seal on the windscreen. The product was easy to use and I filled all my chips in under an hour. Less is more and taking your time makes a big difference. If you do have any spillover or leaks, do not wipe them! Let the product harden and then scrape it off with the razor blade at the end as it will be much less messy. The end result wasn't visually perfect but all the chips were filled and the resin is very hard so they should now be protected in future. All in all, a very good product for the price. I would definitely recommend.

Does the job!
I was a bit sceptical about this, I thought more than anything I'd mess it up. But I was pleasantly surprised! I had a match-head sized chip on my screen.I applied the sealant apparatus- when I did and screwed the device down a 1cm width crack appeared and I panicked! I thought I'd really bodged it. But as soon as I dropped the filler through it filled it and I calmed down a bit.Left it for 10 minutes or so and both the crack and the chip had disappeared! I left the area to cure with the little curing patch and all is fixed now! After using the blade to remove the excess filler using even and firm pressure, it did however leave a tiny foggy patch. But it's miles better than a chipped, cracked manky windscreen. Thanks! Will use again if required.

Easy to use but don’t over fill.
Clean and dry your windscreen then just follow the instructions.Relief knowing that the crack is filled heading in to winter.
