Great for beginners, good spells for all
This book has a very nice look and feel. It’s very modern and very easy to read and understand, and it’s engaging! It touches lightly on a few topics that if your a newbie, might find as a good guide to help inspire you to look deeper into those areas. And the spells in the second part of the book are great for everyone. I bought 2 more of these and gifted them to my bff’s :)

Very Knowledgeable&Beautiful
The media could not be loaded. I received my book this morning and have been skimming through for most of the day. It has a lot of the basics which I find important since I'm still in the beginning stages of my craft. Everything I've read thus far has aligned with the rest of my research, but it goes into more detail than Google in which I'm grateful for. I appreciate how things are broken down to be easily read. I have yet to have issue with the information inside.

YOU GET EVERYTHING in a PERFECT ARRANGEMENT!
This is a life changing arrangement of everything! The book is not only beautiful but presented in a way that would shame any textbook. I absolutely love it! The author covers chakras to spells and everything in between. The history portion put many things in perspective for me. The author touches on each culture or belief system from Egyptian to Celtic. So really, The Book of Spells is not limited to spells at all. I highly recommend this book for anyone. If you are a seasoned Witch or Shaman, this is a great gift for someone you are trying to help along the path.***I am a writer and former teacher. I do not know the author.

Pretty great
So this is probably my favorite one yet and I'm only getting to half the book. The information and understanding of it has been a lot smoother Than others. I love how there are references everywhere on other readings for more on the subject. I have another that's very much in depths on the different paths and crafts. I'm only just beging on this journey and I am already starting to find a ground. It's not just one of those books where you read it and it seems childish. I can can only thank the author and the breakdowns on what is. Great read, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who even has the slightest Curiosity. Very informative and I wish to only grow and understand all teachings.

Lots of Spells, but Iffy "Facts"
As a non-Wiccan witch I'm usually still ok with Wiccan influenced books so long as it's not full of misinformation. Yet, one of the earliest things I read was:"It is a personal choice whether you identify as a Witch or a Wiccan. Wicca is an earth-based lifestyle and hierarchical religion. Being a Witch is also an earth-based lifestyle, but self-directed. Both paths follow and celebrate the rhythm of nature and abide by the Wiccan Rede, “Do what thou will as long as you harm none” (often shortened to simply “Harm None”) and the Threefold Law, “Whatever you do comes back to you three times three times three.”Both paths do not neccesarily follow the Rede or Threefold Law as they are specifically Wiccan and non-Wiccans incorporating them into their practice is optional. I have nothing against people who adhere to them, but if the first thing I read in a book is misinformation, that's already bound to have me a bit iffy about the validity of the rest of the book's contents.A further look through the book also made it clear that it's heavily Wicca based in it's facts, using the Wiccan interpretation of certain deities and spirits as opposed to the culturally historical ones. Now, that's not automatically bad as some people work well with these versions and I do believe that otherworldly beings have the capability to change and adapt over time making both interpretations possible. This is just an observation I'd like readers to be aware of so they can decide if this book fits their individual practice. The spells themselves are alright, and I may even go as far as to say that they'd be a good start for beginner magick users. So overall, I give this book 3 stars because it is a decent size and includes a lot of spells for the cheap cost. [Note: I did purchase the Kindle version.]
